Commence at the intersection of the Northeast corner of Somers Township with the shoreline of Lake Michigan said point being the intersection of the boundary of the Town of Somers in Kenosha County and the Village of Mount Pleasant in Racine County; thence Westerly along the Town of Somers and the Village of Mount Pleasant border to the intersection of said border with the centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence Southerly along said centerline to the intersection with the centerline of 18th Street; thence Westerly along the centerline of 18th Street to the intersection with the centerline of County Trunk Highway “H” (88th Avenue); thence Southerly along said centerline to a point being the boundary of Somers Township and the City of Kenosha being a point on the North line of County Supervisory District 14; thence Easterly and Northerly along the Somers/City of Kenosha boundary being Northerly of County Supervisory District 14, Westerly and Northerly around County Supervisory District 5; entirely around County Supervisory District 4, and North of County Supervisory District 1 to Lake Michigan; thence Northerly along Lake Michigan to the place of beginning. Said land to include all Town of Somers administered “islands” that exist in the City of Kenosha, land being East of Interstate Highway “94” and South of County Trunk Highway “S” and North of the City limits. Excepting all lands administered by the City of Kenosha.
