Any law enforcement officer of the County may, without a warrant, arrest any offender on probable cause of the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter and follow applicable law regarding arrest and release. He shall have at all times the right to enter the premises of any building, structure, or enclosure in any park or parkway including such grounds, buildings, structures, or enclosures which may be leased to or set aside for private or exclusive use of any individual or group of individuals for the purpose of arresting violators. Duly authorized law enforcement personnel and park personnel are exempt from the provisions of this ordinance to the extent necessary to perform their duties. [Code § 10.08.]
