12.25.040 Application requirements.
(a) The owner must file an application that contains the information specified in PSC 128.30, except as modified by PSC 128.61(6).
(b) A plan shall be submitted that includes information specified in Section 12.05.010 (h). The owner must also provide the following additional information on the plan or as part of the permit application:
1. Location of any overhead utility lines on or adjacent to the property.
2. Description and specifications of the components of the small wind energy system, including the manufacturer, model, capacity, blade length, and total height of the small wind energy system; and
3. Blueprints or drawings which have been approved by a registered professional engineer for any tower and tower foundation. [Code § 12.18.2-4.]
