Where a land division abuts an existing temporary circular cul-de-sac or “T” turnaround and the town plan includes extending the street ended by said temporary turnaround, the subdivider shall be responsible for the removal of the turnaround, reconstruction of the drainage and roadside ditches or curb and gutter as applicable, reinstallation of culverts, reconstruction of driveways, restoration of all disturbed areas, and removing or vacating the portion of the street containing a temporary easement if applicable (see Section 14.07-4(d)). The town engineer will determine if existing culverts, if any, may be salvaged and reused. [Code § 14.08-5.]
