The subdivider, prior to commencing any work within the land division, shall notify and make arrangements with the approving authorities having jurisdiction, to provide for inspection. The approving authorities having jurisdiction or their representative shall inspect and approve all completed work prior to release of sureties. [Code § 14.09-7.]
