No Tattoo or body piercing establishment, or a combined tattoo and body piercing establishment as defined in DSPS 221 may operate contrary to the terms set forth in this ordinance, Kenosha County Board of Health regulation and DSPS 221, Wis. Admin. Code, as may hereinafter be amended, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this ordinance as if set forth fully herein. [Code § 16.12-2.]
