After completion of construction and all as-built requirements (if necessary) the contractor may remove all remaining construction site erosion control measures. Upon notice from the owner P&D shall conduct a final inspection of all permitted sites to determine compliance with the approved plans and other applicable ordinance requirements. If, upon inspection, P&D determines that any of the applicable requirements have not been met, P&D shall notify the permit holder what changes would be necessary to meet the requirements. A notice of termination shall be issued by P&D in accordance with Section 17.08-2(e) upon acceptance of the Final Inspection at which time the financial assurance will be released. [Code § 17.14-4.]
