All computations of runoff volumes and peak flow rates used in the development of erosion control plans shall be based on United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) methodology. Models such as SLAMM, P8 or other P&D approved models may be used to evaluate the efficiency of the design in reducing total suspended solids to meet this ordinance. [Code § 17.16-1.]
