With the exception of Judges and other State employees, the Financial / Interest Disclosure Form set forth in Appendix 1 shall be completed annually by all elected County officials and candidates for such office, members of all County Boards and Commissions and nominees for appointment to such Boards and Commissions, all Department and Division heads and first assistants or first deputies. Except as hereinafter provided, the Disclosure form shall be filed with the Kenosha County Clerk as a public record prior to January 7 of each year. In case of a person holding or seeking elective office, the form shall be so filed prior to the end of business on the last day for filing nomination papers for an election. In non-election years the form shall be filed with the County Clerk prior to January 7. [Code § 20.09-1, 2018.]
