(1) A uniform system of building numbering for all residences (year-round or seasonal), places of business, farms and public buildings in the unincorporated areas of the County is hereby established.

(2) The numbering designation shall be as follows:

(a) On all streets and roads which run in a generally northerly and southerly direction, the numbers on the west side of such streets and roads, shall end with an even number. The numbers on the east side of such streets and roads shall end with odd numbers.

(b) On all streets and roads which run in a generally easterly and westerly direction, the numbers on the north side of such streets shall end with an even number. The numbers on the south side of such streets shall end with an odd number.

(c) The numbers on all roads or streets shall be multiples of the lowest numbered street and shall not exceed the next full number. Example: the building numbers between First Street and Second Street or Avenue must be 100-101-102-103-104, etc., but may not be more than 199.
