The Kenosha County Board of Supervisors shall appoint a planning and zoning agency to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes, section 59.69(2)(a) and according to the municipal code of Kenosha County, section 2.04(1)(a)4. From its members, the committee shall elect a chairman whose term shall be for two years and may create and fill such other offices as it determines.
