Only the following uses, structures and their essential services shall be allowed in any district:

(a) Principal uses and structures specified for a district and permitted as a matter of right.

(b) Accessory uses and structures are permitted as a matter of right in any district but not until their principal structure is present or under construction. Uses accessory to residential district developments shall not involve the conduct of any business, trade or industry except as may be provided in sections 12.21.010 and 12.21.020 of this ordinance. No accessory structure shall be occupied as a separate dwelling unit. Accessory uses and structures are further regulated by section 12.08.020 of this Ordinance. (6/2/92)

(c) Conditional uses, as defined in section 12.40.010 and their accessory uses may be permitted only in specified districts after review, public hearing and approval by the Kenosha County Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee in accordance with procedures and standards established in this ordinance. (d) Stipulated Shoreland Uses, as may be provided for section 12.09.090 of this ordinance.

(e) Temporary uses and structures, as may be provided for under this ordinance. [Code § 12.08-1.]
