All drawings and plans for the construction, installation, enlargement or alteration of any such Accessory Living Unit shall first be presented to the Division of Planning & Development for examination.

All such plans and drawings shall be drawn to scale and shall indicate thereon all distances and dimensions so as to accurately and explicitly show all floor plans, lot lines and all information pertaining to the Accessory Living Unit. [Code § 12.18.6-3.]
