12.26.160 Ownership change.

(a) An owner shall provide the County with notice of any change in ownership of the wind energy system on or before the effective date of the change.
(b) A notice of change in ownership of the wind energy system shall include information showing that the financial responsibility requirements specified in sec. 12.26.100 will be met following the change in ownership. [Code § 12.18.3-16.]
