(a) An individual use SES may be located, as an accessory use, in all zoning districts subject to the requirements, standards, and processes set forth in this section.

(b) A solar farm ground-mounted SES may be located in the A-1, A-2, A-4, and I-1 Districts as a conditional use, subject to the requirements set forth in section 12.40 of the Municipal Code of Kenosha County and this section. [Ord. 6 (2022).]
