En route to view a site as provided for in section 12.56.100 of this ordinance, board members traveling together or visiting the site at the same time shall refrain from discussing board business. Furthermore, testimony shall not be received during such view nor shall any argument be heard. The Board may, however, gather information and ask questions provided that information, data, and questions and answers are recited into the record if that information will not be entered by testimony or exhibits.
