The provisions of this ordinance shall be held to be minimum requirement and shall be liberally construed in favor of the County and shall not be deemed a limitation or repeal of any other power granted by the Wisconsin Statues and related Wisconsin Administrative Codes. The County has the authority to establish written and unwritten policies and interpretations regarding the installation of POWTS and non-plumbing sanitation systems which are not specifically addressed in Comm 83, 85 and 91 Wisconsin Administrative Code or any other Administrative Codes related to POWTS installation.
