This ordinance is intended to meet the current construction site erosion control and post-construction stormwater management regulatory requirements of Subchapter III of both NR 151 and NR 216 Wis. Admin. Code on the effective date of this ordinance. Nothing in this ordinance prevents the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from adopting or enforcing more stringent stormwater management requirements in future revisions of Wis. Admin. Code.
