This ordinance shall be administered by the Kenosha City/County Joint Services (hereinafter Joint Services) pursuant to the terms of the Public Safety Joint Services Agreement between Kenosha County and the City of Kenosha, as may be amended from time to time. [Code § 18.01-2.]
