The Kenosha County Planning, Development & Extension Education Committee may authorize the Department of Planning and Development to issue a conditional use permit for conditional uses as specified in each of the aforementioned districts set forth in sections 12.20 to 12.26 after review and a public hearing, as provided herein; provided, that such conditional uses and structures are in accord with the provisions of this ordinance, its purpose and intent.
