After public hearing, adoption by the Kenosha County Board of Supervisors and publishing or posting as required by law, this ordinance shall be effective and implemented on the date of publication or January 1, 2003, whichever is the later late. The existing chapter adopted on July 15, 1980 by the Kenosha County Board of Supervisors shall be repealed effective on the date of enactment of this ordinance. All other County ordinances or parts of ordinances of the Kenosha County Municipal Code that are inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance to the extent of the consistency only are hereby repealed.
